SoundLab users may only upload audio they own or have permission to use (see our Terms of Use). Files in SoundLab are private to each account and aren't shared or published. If you believe content stored on SoundLab infringes your copyright, tell us and we'll act on it.

Reporting infringement

Email support@soundlab.my with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

  1. Your name and contact details, and whether you are the rights owner or act for them.
  2. The work you believe is infringed (for example song title and artist).
  3. What on SoundLab you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

What we do

If your content was removed by mistake

If you believe your content was removed in error (for example it's your own recording, or you have a license), email us with your account email, what was removed, and why you have the right to use it. If the complaint was wrong, we'll restore it where we can.

Sending a notice you know is false can make you legally responsible for the harm it causes.
